Please fill in the form below to provide details of your access requirements. We will try to accommodate as many requests as possible, at Leopallooza we believe events should be accessible for everyone to enjoy. Things aren’t perfect yet, but we are committed to improving our accessibility year on year, and appreciate your feedback.

    1. Purchase your entry tickets, upgrades and camping extras via our ticket page. If you are applying for our PA Ticket Scheme please DO NOT purchase a ticket for the person acting as your PA.

    2. Complete this form. Please include your order reference number and submit your supporting evidence in this form.

    3. If you have requested access to our viewing platform, refrigerated medication storage, or have made any specific access requests, we will send you an email within one month confirming access if successful. We may need to discuss your needs further with you if specific access requests are made.

    4. Please make sure that you submit your application before they close on WEDNESDAY 21 JUNE 2023

  • As part of your request for accessible facilities, we require a scan or digital photo of one of the following pieces of evidence:

    • Any level of DLA for care and/or mobility

    • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

    • Nimbus Access Card - www.accesscard.org.uk

    • Armed forces Independent payment

    • War Disablement Pension

    • D/deaf or blind registration

    • Medical professionals’ letter

    You will be able to upload these at the bottom of the access form below. Please feel free to block-out any personal or confidential information on your supporting evidence.

  • There is accessible parking closer to the entrance of the field for blue badge holders. Just ask our friendly stewards when you arrive and they will be able to direct you. You do not need to book this in advance.

  • We want everyone to have a great time at Leopallooza, and so we operate our access permissions on a case by case basis, as we appreciate that everyone has different access requirements.

    If you have a PA or carer, they can attend our festival with you free of charge. Please include details for them below so that we can organise their entry.
  • Documents

  • Please send us the following documents, or bring them with you to the festival to show at the gate.

    • A scan or photograph of an item of evidence listed on our Accessibility page
    • A scan or photograph of an up to date form of photo ID that confirms your name
    • Proof of ticket purchase

    The closing date for access applications with campsite requests and requests for spots on the viewing platform is 30 days before the date of the event you are attending. If you do not require access to these areas then the deadline for application is 7 days before the event you are attending.

  • Should be Empty:
